Membership Agreement

When purchasing the Lush or Lavish membership, the client acknowledges that the terms and conditions of said membership(s) is recognized as a binding contract between the client (also known as “Member”) and Studio J LLC (“Studio J”). Lush or Lavish membership rights and benefits are to commence when a Member has physically or electronically signed the form of the terms and conditions and has purchased a membership.

Membership

Studio J reserves the rights to:

• Change terms and conditions
• Adopt additional rules
• Adjust regulations
• Alter policies
• Modify procedures
• Terminate Lush/Lavish membership or a Member’s membership

Changes to the membership programs, by Studio J, can take place at any time without prior written notice to Member. By participating in a membership program, the Member agrees to these terms and conditions, rules, and regulations. Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about Lush/Lavish terms and conditions. Members agree to pay a monthly fee to partake in Studio J Memberships. Members may request to upgrade or downgrade their membership. If a Member decides to change their membership level, then the remaining benefits will rollover to the next month. A Membership at Studio J entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following:

The Lush Membership:

• 2 blowouts a month
• 10% off all products and tools (in-store only)
• $5 off any additional blowouts
• 1 birthday blowout
• *Clients with extensions will incur an additional fee of $20 at checkout.

4 blowouts a month

• 4 blowouts a month
• 10% off all products and tools (in-store only)
• $10 off any additional blowouts
• 1 birthday blowout
• 1 add-on per month
• *Clients with extensions will incur an additional fee of $10 at checkout.
• *Add-ons do not rollover and must be used within a 30 day period.

Membership Expense

The Lush and Lavish memberships are monthly memberships with set prices. Once a membership is purchased, the membership fee will recur monthly until cancelled by Member. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made. The Member agrees and understands that the Member’s credit card will automatically be charged the appropriate monthly fee for the Member’s membership. It is the responsibility of the Member to update Studio J of any changes to billing information. Gratuities are not included in the monthly membership prices.

Contact

Members agree to allow Studio J to communicate via email, call, text, or through external websites. Studio J may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, membership changes, altered policies, special offers, promotions, or other matters Studio J believes may be of interest to Member.

Membership Limitations

Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and membership blowouts are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member. To redeem membership blowouts and discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a Lush/Lavish Member. Studio J reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or blowouts. In order to receive a birthday blowout, Member must provide a date of birth when signing up. Birthday blowouts may be redeemed 5 days before, the day of, or 5 days after Member’s birthday. Birthday blowouts will expire if not used within the allotted time-frame.

Terms and Termination

Memberships can be cancelled at any time. There is no penalty for canceling a membership. Memberships must be cancelled in-store or via Phone by contacting 859-624-9700. To cancel your membership, please provide your name, phone, and the date you'd like to cancel. Unused blowouts "rollover" month-to-month and never expire during a membership. Unused add-ons on The Lavish Membership do not rollover from month-to-month. Unused blowouts, add-ons and discounts have no cash value. Any unused blowouts must be redeemed within 30 days of membership cancellation or they will expire. Member can not redeem unused blowouts, add-ons, or discounts for cash or store credit. Member will not receive a refund for any unused blowouts, add-ons, or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancelation. . If Studio J terminates a Member's membership, either by Member’s request or by Studio J’s discretion, the Member's credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to the canceled membership will apply. A change in membership level will result in a new monthly membership fee that will be charged to the Member’s account at the next available billing period. New membership benefits will not take place until the new fee is applied.
