To best serve you as our guest, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We offer email, text and/or phone calls to confirm appointments for our guests. Please confirm we have your most up to date information in our system. We always appreciate when our guests confirm inside the text or email that they are committed to the appointment as it is scheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please give us a 48 hour advance notice.

Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 fee or 50% of the services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your appointment. If you do not have a card on file or a deposit, then the fee must be paid prior to your next appointment. Fees must be paid within 48 hours of the missed appointment.

If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, without 48 hours notice you will be charged $50 or 50% off the service scheduled. Please note if you do not show to a redo appointment we will not be able to schedule a new appointment free of charge.

We require a deposit before scheduling Hand Tied Hair Extensions. This $500 deposit is non-refundable.

We also require a deposit before scheduling certain services. Our Trissola Keratin Treatments, Smoothing Treatments, Straighteners, Perms, Color Correction, MicroBlading and Fantasy Colors (amongst some others) require a 50% deposit before we can schedule. We are scheduling out a considerable amount of time for these types of services and last minute cancellations result in a loss of income to our service providers. The deposit ensures you are committed to the process. Deposits are non-refundable under 24 hours for services listed. Deposits are 100% refundable 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. 

Appointments for a Color Correction, Fantasy Color and Hair Extensions require a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling an appointment for the service.
